The Holy Scriptures admonish us as Christians to – “love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.”
“Do we love Christ? That is the Great Question!” (J.C. Ryle)
Jesus is asking His present-day Church – “Lovest thou Me more than these?”
Or, have you “left your first love”?
Sad to say – most of the Church is in a state of declension.
