“The best men of Old and New Testament times were men of meditation as well as of action – Enoch, Abraham, Moses, Samuel, David, Elijah, Nehemiah, John Baptist, St. Paul, John the Apostle – all of these illustrate the truth.” (The Pulpit Commentary)

We now live in a time and age when action is felt to be everything…when there is a multitude of distractions…when every hour may easily be occupied with some kind of activity…and when a positive effort has to be made to secure a quiet hour – or even a quiet fifteen minutes!

As a result, Christian character is suffering today!

In this time when knowledge is increasing, the Church is inundated with sermons and teachings, yet surprisingly she is making slow advances in the divine life.

How in the world can this be?

Why is there such a slow advancement in the spiritual life?

Take the time to listen to this very stirring message from God’s Word.

Included in it, you will hear the “word” that the Lord gave me for His Church!

You don’t want to miss it!
