when I have preached to others, I
myself should be a castaway."

I don't want to go to Hell.
Do you want to go to Hell ? Here in
our Text, above, the Apostle Paul is
basically saying---
" I DON'T
WANT TO GO TO HELL ! "
With fear and
trembling, I declare to you the
reader, to this entire wicked world,
and to Satan and all his wicked
hosts----
" I DON'T
WANT TO GO TO HELL ! "
Now, I do
not stand in fear
and trembling of you, the
world, or the devil: but of God
Himself. You don't have a Hell to
cast me into;neither does the world
or the devil....but,
GOD does. He created Hell
for the devil and his angels---AND
ALL THOSE WHO FOLLOW, AND LIVE
LIKE, THE DEVIL AND HIS ANGELS (
demons ) ----
Matthew 25:41
Again, in our text above,
the Apostle Paul is saying---"
I DON'T WANT TO GO TO HELL "---then
he tells us that in order not to go
to Hell, he keeps under his body and
brings it into subjection--- so that
he does not become a "CASTAWAY."
Dear reader, it sure would
behoove you and me to follow this
GOD INSPIRED ADVICE, of the
great Apostle, and bring our own
bodies into subjection to God and
His Holy Word ( the Holy Bible ).
If not, then we are in the same
danger, as
this mighty man of God was, if we
fail to keep under our bodies and
bring them into subjection. The
danger of being a CASTAWAY ! The
danger of serving God, loving God,
and even preaching His glorious
gospel to others---and then dying
and going to Hell ourselves !
One Evangelist wrote a book
titled---
HOW TO
HEAL THE SICK, CAST OUT DEVILS,
RAISE THE DEAD---AND STILL GO TO
HELL !
Oh, I know, the "ONCE
SAVED ALWAYS SAVED"
false teachers
try to explain
away this word
"CASTAWAY" that we find in
our text of
1st Corinthians 9:27. Many
of them "teach" that the word
"CASTAWAY" would just be indicative
of a "cracked pot"...."but
one still fit to keep" ......and
other such NONSENSE do these
"teach", in order to EXPLAIN
AWAY all the many hundreds of
Scripture texts that
warn us that we cannot live
fast and loose in this life and
still have our "pie in the sky in
the sweet by n' by. "
Many today, in America and
around the entire world, are under
the influence and total deception of
the many false
teachers who
sell licenses to sin to the people
of God. Many have been taught, and
swallowed the
false teaching
whole, which tells us
that as long as we have said THE
MAGIC WORDS---"Jesus come into my
little heart"---that we are
then set for life, and eternity, and
now we can SIN with impunity
and God will still take us to Heaven
one day and say to us on that
day---"well done thou good and
faithful servant"---even though we
lived like the devil
himself---because after all we did
go down to the altar, at church, and
we did say THE MAGIC WORDS---"Jesus
come into my heart".
It would be impossible to
plumb the height, depth, and width
of our present subject matter in
this short "e-mail sermon"
( Oh, by the way, just as an
aside, let me just quickly add that
the word "SERMON
", in
our English language, comes from a
Latin word which means---"TO
CUT ". If you presently
have a "Pastor" who is
always "teaching"and
"preaching" cute little sermonettes
and he's always "comforting "---but never
CUTTING---then I'd
recommend that you run from that
man, and that you go and find
somebody who is really called of
God and is doing the REAL work of a
REAL Pastor. ) As stated above---
in this short e-mail sermon we
cannot really do justice to this
subject, but let's briefly look at
this word---"CASTAWAY"---as found in
our text; and then we will make an
application in only one area that we
will have time and space for.
The Greek word here
translated---"CASTAWAY"---is
"adokimos"; and this same
word, "adokimos", is translated, in
other places in Scripture, into the
English word---"REPROBATE".

James Version
)
Now, if you will study these
texts out, for yourself, you will
quickly discover that there is NO
WAY that this Greek word
translated "CASTAWAY" and
"REPROBATE" could in any way be
describing somebody who was still
acceptable to God and on their happy
way to Heaven. The very words mean
"refused"..."rejected"...."worthless"...."to
be thrown away as worth nothing
"....see Greek dictionary and/or
Concordance.
Further more, this same
Greek word---"adokimos"---is
translated--- "REJECTED"---
in Hebrews 6:8 kjv,
and here is what it says--
"But
that which beareth thorns and briers
is REJECTED, and is nigh unto
CURSING;
whose end is to be BURNED."
Now,
in all honesty and fairness, can you
or me, or anybody else, possibly
interpret "CASTAWAY", "REPROBATE"
and "REJECTED" as terms describing
one who is on his way to Heaven ?
One who is merely "a cracked pot but
still one worth keeping" ??? Only a
"CRACK POT" would teach, and/or
believe such a thing !!!
And let me quickly remind
you, that in our text of
1st
Corinthians 9:27
this is the
very word that the Great Apostle
Paul used concerning HIMSELF;
and he said that it was possible,
even for him, to become a---CASTAWAY
!
We all know how MIGHTILY
Paul was used of God.
Under the inspiration of the
Holy Spirit he penned over half of
the New Testament !
Yet, it's Paul who tells us
( under the inspiration of the same
Holy Spirit )----"But
I keep under my body, and bring it
into subjection: lest that by any
means, when I have preached to
others, I myself should be a
CASTAWAY."
In
Jeremiah 6:30 we read----"Reprobate
silver shall men call them, because
the LORD hath
rejected them."
Now, I ask you again, does
the above text from Jeremiah 6:30
sound to you as a description of a
group of folks who are on their
merry way to Heaven ---- or is it
referring to those who are
CURSED,REJECTED, AND HELL BOUND ???
Let me reiterate----I DON'T
WANT TO GO TO HELL !
Let me ask you again, dear
reader,----DO YOU WANT TO GO TO HELL
?
The Apostle Paul didn't want
to go to Hell, so he took the
necessary steps and precautions not
to.
I recommend (
if you don't want to go to Hell
) that you no longer "go
to the movies".
Hollywood
is one of the main gateways to--HELL
!
The next time somebody asks
you---"Do you want to go see a movie
? "---look them square in the eyes
and say---
" No thanks,
I DON'T WANT TO GO TO HELL
! "
I can almost hear the carnal
multitudes, that fill our church
pews, tisking and saying----
"Oh, Brother Carl ! You are
so 'legalistic' ! You are
'one of those' that believes 'movies
are sinful'.............
Yes, mark it down in your
little black book---"BROTHER CARL
HATES EVERYTHING THAT HOLLYWOOD
PRODUCES. BROTHER CARL SAYS
HOLLYWOOD HAS BEEN THE RUINATION OF
AMERICA; AND THEN WE (AMERICA )
HAVE EXPORTED THIS CESSPOOL OF
INIQUITY TO THE REST OF THE WORLD;
AND THEREFORE WE HAVE BECOME
TWO-FOLD MORE THE CHILDREN OF HELL
THAN MOST OTHERS THAT HAVE EVER
LIVED THROUGHOUT THE AGES........"
If, dear reader, you think
that you can "go to the movies" and
feast your eyes and ears on
everything that ALMIGHTY GOD
HATES...and then the next day go
to church.... and then skip off to
Heaven one day.....then it's my
job, under God, to tell you that you
are, of all people, the most
deceived that have ever lived on the
planet.
What's at the "movies" that
you so desire to see and hear ???
Is it THE BLASPHEMING OF
GOD'S HOLY NAME ???--- The
"movies" are full of such
BLASPHEMOUS WICKEDNESS !!!
Is it "THE BEDROOM SCENES "
that you are so interested in, Mr.
or Miss/Mrs. "Christian" ???
Is that why you--"Go to the
movies" ???
I mean, what in God's name
does Hollywood have to offer God's
people ???
Are you so afraid to be
"different" than the Hell bound
multitudes that crowd into the
"movies" to watch Hollywood whores
and whoremongers GLORIFY
FORNICATION, ADULTERY, AND
HOMOSEXUALITY ?????? ---

All of the above tirade,
against the movies, would also be
applicable to
TV .
Christian, you better not be
"caught dead" lounging in your
living room watching, TV, and the
WICKED "TV STARS", as they
are engaged in fornicating,
committing adultery, cussing God's
Holy name, and in general mocking
everything that is HOLY.
That is, unless,
YOU WANT TO GO TO
HELL !
In that case keep on listening and
watching; you'll be in Hell soon
enough.
Am I saying the
technology of
TV and/or the "Movies" is EVIL ?
No, definitely not.
But, I am
saying that 99 and 44/100% of
what is shown on TV or at the Movies
is---EVIL !
The entire
MORAL STANDARD of America,
and indeed most of the entire world,
has been drug down to the lowest
possible rot gut level that Satan
and his minions could ever inspire
in the heart and minds of mankind.
It's mostly PURE WICKEDNESS
and GOD HATES IT !!!
Why do most people now think
and believe that such things as
FORNICATION, ADULTERY, AND
HOMOSEXUALITY are "NORMAL". It's
simple---Most people, in America,
including the so
called "Christians" spend
their precious time being
desensitized and
indoctrinated by
HOLLYWOOD'S SMUT.
If you spend your spare time
in prayer and the reading and study
of God's Holy Bible, then YOU will
become HOLY.
If you spend your spare time
being trained, by Hollywood, to be a
SINNER, and to LOVE SIN, then you
will become an
UNHOLY ABOMINATION in the
sight of a THRICE HOLY GOD !!! --

One of the most evil men
that has ever lived was the Russian
communist revolutionary leader,
Vladimir Lenin.
Almost 100 years ago
Vladimir Lenin declared---
"We will
destroy and take over America; and
we will do it without having to fire
one shot from any conventional
weapon. We will use the 'movies'. We
will weaken them,desensitize
them, and indoctrinate the Americans
with the 'movies'. Then when they
have become weak and immoral through
the movies, we will be able to take
them without firing a shot."
It's not so much the
Russians that I am fearing....but,
rather God Himself. The Russians
may take America ( and if you know
THE BIBLE, then you know that WICKED
NATIONS, such as America, are sooner
or later overrun by other nations
that are even more wicked.
It's called THE
JUDGEMENT OF GOD !
) and the Russians
may have their concentration camps----BUT,
THEY DON'T HAVE A HELL TO CAST ME
INTO. God does.
The Apostle
Paul did not want to go to Hell. I
don't want to go to Hell. Do you
want to go to Hell ?
