"Though nothing is too
small, I believe little drops of water make a mighty ocean."
These are the exact words of a student from Germany
who sent me an e-mail this morning in response to my prayer request for
Richard Roberts - our incarcerated Brother-in-Christ.
Several responded with the same notion of helping
Richard out by sending a financial contribution on his behalf. One person
offered the idea that if everyone on this mailing list gave at least
$5.00, then we could bless him with a nice gift
to help get a better lawyer. Others remarked that they would like to give a
donation for a Christian lawyer.
I waited on the Lord before I came to y'all with this
request.
The Scripture tells us in Matthew 18:16 -
"...in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word
may be established."
I believe very strongly that the Lord has confirmed
that this is His will and direction for us.
Therefore, it is not me but the Lord Who is coming to
you this day and asking you to give an offering on Richard's behalf. Jesus
is asking every one on this list to give at least
$5.00 for this cause.
If you do not have that amount at this time, then
wait on the Lord. I believe that He will supernaturally supply so that you
can play a part in this Miracle.
There are some of you whom God has blessed immensely
over this past year. You have so much for which to be thankful. You have an
abundance of supply. I am asking you to go before the Lord and ask Him what
He would have you do in this situation.
He is the Shepherd and we are His sheep. We do not
follow another. He directs and commands us what to do.
This is a very personal decision -
one between you and the Lord.
God wants 100% participation on this one - I believe
it with all of my heart. He confirmed it through you - the Body of Christ. I
am only obeying Him in presenting it to you.
Hence, I believe that every one who gives is in for
an untold blessing. God is going to astound you with the
reward of your obedience. You are going to know that you know that you know
that He received your offering of obedience when you see the fantastic
reward.
The Lord Jesus taught us that
"it is more blessed to give than to receive."
His words are the Truth.
You are going to be blessed out of your socks. Just
trust me.
The only thing you have to do here is obey the Lord -
but please every one do their part in some way.
Don't put it off until another time. Move in response
to the Holy Spirit's leading today.
Since Richard's wife - Barbra - is presently living
with her daughter and son-in-law and does not have a home of her own - she
requested that I would receive any money on her behalf and then give it to
her.

encouraging her at this time. As you can imagine, this has been one of the
most horrendous times in her life. She could use all of the encouragement
she can get.
From the bottom of my heart - I tell y'all -
"THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!"
Because you have helped make a MIRACLE
possible for another, I pray that the MIRACLE
that you've been waiting for will come swiftly and overtake you.

P.S. For those of you who live in a country outside
the United States, please inquire before sending anything as to whether or
not your money is easily transformed into American currency. Some is not and
would be worthless for this need. In that case, your fervent prayers would
be greatly appreciated.
